Eugene Bostick and his brother Corky live in Fort Worth, Texas. Their house is located on a dead-end street, where many locals bring their old dogs that are no longer needed.
These elderly men could not stay indifferent to the fate of abandoned animals. Eugene and Corky began to feed the dogs, brought them to the vet to sterilize them and created for these old doggies a place where they could live.
Eugene decided not to stop there. He wanted to give his pets even more. Everyone knows that dogs love to ride in a car. However such a large number of dogs won’t fit together in the car. Then Eugene came up with something very interesting.

“I’m a pretty good welder, so I took these plastic barrels with holes cut in them, and put wheels under them and tied them together.” Thus Eugene created a train for dogs!

Eugene says that the dogs really like to ride this train. When they see the old man starting driving his tractor, they run to him and jump into their seats. Once or twice a week, Eugene gives this pets a ride around the town and often brings them into the woods to the local river to get some fresh air.

“I’m getting up in age. I’m 80 now, so I suppose it can’t last too much longer, but I’ll keep it going as long as I can,” said Bostick. “The dogs have a great time. They just really enjoy it.”
It’s so nice to see that older people want to do more good deeds in their remaining years. God bless these people!
