What This Guy Does in the Park with a Razor and a Pair of Scissors is sheer genius

For the past 15 years, Joe has been offering haircuts in the park. “Joe the Barber” doesn’t give just any haircut, he provides these folks with a complete salon experience. In return, he only asks for a hug. You’ll love this guy.
